The Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) on February 08, 2025, issued the notification regarding the adoption of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for registration of Recycler, Refurbishers, Manufacturers & Producers under E-Waste Management Rules, 2022.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It is ordered to adopt the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for registration of Recycler, Refurbishers, Manufacturers & Producers under E-Waste Management Rules, 2022.
• The Rule-4 (1) of the E-Waste Management Rules, 2022, states the manufacturer, producer, refurbisher or recycler shall register on the EPR E-waste online portal developed by CPCB.
